Cancellation Policy
Dropping Class/Refunds: You may withdraw your child from the class up to 72 hours before the start of the class session, for a refund excluding a 20% administrative fee. Refunds or credit are not given for missed classes or for students who drop a class. Weather Policy: If the Estes Park School District is closed due to bad weather, we will also be closed. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather will not be made up, but you may apply your class registration to another session. Every attempt will be made to email or text families that have pre-registered for classes. Notice will also be published to the studio Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/imperfectmusician) in the event of cancellation.
